My local pool shop is awesome! They pass these old plastic sand/filter pool equipment containers to me for FREE. Pool and Mart Spa in Nedlands, Perth have the best customer service, and are just happy when these huge plastic filters get recycled and kept away from landfill.

Balloons kill an estimated 1 in 5 seabirds that ingest them. The cause of death is usually due to the balloons creating a fatal obstruction in the gastrointestinal tract.²
